Marketing Plan
Following initial consultation and property inspection, we will present a comprehensive written marketing strategy specifically tailored to you, your home and the current market conditions. A detailed marketing calendar will be prepared to clearly identify where and when all scheduled promotional activities and client contact will take place. It’s your property, so your input will be valuable in producing this marketing plan.    

Post Inspection Feedback
Following each visit by potential buyers, and immediately after all open homes, we will report back to you. How your property was perceived, pertinent comments, price-relevant issues and prospective ‘hot prospects’ will be relayed in order to keep you up to date on everything.

Weekly Marketing Report
This is an important tool for assessing market reaction to your property, and for identifying prospective buyers. Based on this information, we can make ongoing recommendations to maximise the effectiveness of each marketing effort.

21 Day Review Meeting
It is during the initial few weeks after your property is introduced to the market, when it has gained a high profile and level of interest, that it is most valuable to review the marketing progress to date. Here, a frank and open discussion between consultant and client can identify new opportunities and strategies to build on the initial marketing plan.

All Offers Presented in Writing
It’s your property. So it’s your prerogative to whether to accept or decline a specific offer. We will therefore formally present every offer received in writing – so you can make the most informed judgment. Obviously we are happy to offer advice, but we’ll always leave the final decision to you.
